This position supports the Physicians to act as a scribe in patient encounters. Transcribes oral physician comments during clinical patient encounter into EMR using appropriate medical terminology. Assesses, with physician, appropriate CPT and DX coding for encounter, obtains physician sign off, reviews and creates claims. Interfaces with medical assistants and RNs associated with Physicians for inclusion in chart notes of scheduled procedures and RXs for any necessary EMR documentation. Acts as support and liaison to providers for Lead Billing Specialist, to include support to providers for coding and charting accuracy. |

Thank you for considering my project.
Overview:
1. 3 hours and 46 minutes of audio: one-on-one interview with Executive
2. Excellent audio quality
4. Slightly technical in some parts but not all
Needs:
1. Basic Transcription: Does not need to be verbatim (umms and hmmm's are not needed). We are aiming more for understanding the overall picture.
2. If speaker expresses an obvious/extreme reaction to a questions, a quick note in parentheses would be great to catch the spirit of their words. (e.g. "paused for a long-time", "speaker seems unsure of the answer" "speaker is angry or reacts strangely.")
3. There are interview guides that I prepared for these sessions. Two sessions follow the guide fairly closely. The other is a more free-flowing conversation. I would like the transcription to appear on these documents (I will provide to you) as answers underneath the questions I have asked. This should save some time as you will not be typing or completely formatting from scratch.
4. Transcribe and clean up the document/format so that everything looks neat.
5. Your suggestions are also welcome. :)

Ideally would like this done by Wed/Thurs of next week if not sooner. |
