Our company is seeking to hire several part time and full time employees to cover shifts throughout the day and night. This position is for a supervisory work in coordinating and managing medical transcription lines of dictation for hospitals and clinics throughout the United States. This is an in-house position at the company headquarters located in the lake Mary Florida. Your responsibilities are supervising medical queues and transcription staff in order to maintain smooth production, reviewing quality of work, reporting statistics to clients and company management, overseeing contractor payable/receivables, maintaining HIPAA standards and then developing new ways to improve the processes.
