Why can't I log into www-transcription.net?

If you are a subscribed member of Transcription Net and you are having trouble logging in, here are some tips:

• First log into your paypal account and make sure your payment went through.
  
• If you made your payment with a PayPal eCheck (deducted from your bank account rather than a credit card), your subscription will not be activated until the payment clears.  This takes several business days.
• Usernames and passwords are both case sensitive.
• AOL users must check the Remember Me box before logging in. 
• If you have forgotten your password,  click on Lost Password?  Then simply enter your email, please contact us at support@www-transcription.net and we will manually reset your password.
• If you are still having trouble logging in, you may need to clear your site cookies before trying again.  Check out AboutCookies.org for instructions.
